In plain words
Good for
Stiff parts that carry load in humid spots.
Not for
Strong acids or alkalis, and some solvents.
Upright is weaker
A printed part is strongest along its layers (flat, X-Y) and weaker across them (upright, Z). The table shows both. We turn the part so the load runs along the layers.

Test conditions from the data sheet: Mechanical Properties - Dry state; specimens annealed and dried at 80 °C for 12 h before testing; printed 270 °C nozzle, 80 °C bed, 100 mm/s, 100% infill. These are lab numbers for test bars, not a working limit for your part. The real limit depends on the load, the time at temperature and the shape, which is why we ask about all three.
